Refund Policy – Digital Nova Pro

No Returns on Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital file has been downloaded or accessed, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

Exceptions We will issue a full refund only in the following cases:

• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
• The download link is not delivered within 24 hours of purchase
• The product received is significantly different from what was described

To request a refund under these conditions, contact us within 7 days of purchase at info@digitalnovapro.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

How Refunds Are Processed Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
